This mommy role is growing on me. Even though Colin is getting perilously close to the TWOZONE, he is such a sweet and lovey little guy. In the endless circuits of his world, he'll sometimes just stop and pat my arm and look at me in this way that melts my heart. Of course, these moments of awww are balanced by the sure knowledge that within the hour he will have also given me the look of uptonogood.
At times I wish I had enjoyed the very beginning as much as i do now, but I know that hindsight is sometimes more about nostalgia than reality. It was rough, and it still can be at times, but I feel more confident that I can get through this stage of rough intact.
